My Mission & Method

My mission is to turn lived experience into hope, connection, and meaningful change. My method is simple: meet people where they are, listen without judgment, recognize their strengths, and remind them that recovery is possible—even when they cannot see it for themselves yet.

Credentials & Professional Background

With over five years of dedicated experience and multiple professional certifications, I serve as a Recovery Coach, Recovery Coach Professional, Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator and just recently obtained my Certified Peer & Family Specialist and Qualified Behavior Health Aid with Motivational 1 across our Colorado offices in Longmont, Denver, and Colorado Springs. We are excited to announce our expansion into Washington, where I will lead our new Olympia branch and oversee the official opening of our Vancouver location on August 17, 2026.

CCAR Pathway Guidance

I lead you through the complete CCAR training pathway, from the foundation of the Recovery Coach Academy and Ethics to advanced mastery in Justice, Spirituality, and ER settings. I am here to help you see how each vital course connects to your long-term evolution as a skilled recovery professional.

Lifeline Training

I provide gentle, expert guidance in Layperson Naloxone Administration and overdose prevention through Overdose Lifeline. My workshops focus on building practical, life-saving skills in a supportive environment, ensuring you feel calm, capable, and ready to respond with care.

Trauma-Informed Crisis Relief

My teaching style is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in compassion. I provide a calm, supportive environment where you learn to navigate high-stakes crisis situations with heart, ensuring recovery is a safe, tangible reality.

CPFS Exam & Application Support

I offer personal mentoring, exam tips, and steady support to help you study for the Certified Peer and Family Specialist test with ease. Together, we will walk through the CPFS application process so you feel guided, supported, and ready for what comes next.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity—regardless of where they are in their journey. I believe there is no single pathway to recovery and that lasting change happens when people are given support, choices, and the freedom to discover what works for them. Our experiences may shape us, but they do not have to define our future. Sometimes people simply need someone beside them who believes in their possibilities until they are ready to believe in themselves.
